Live Inspired
Beyond being a go-getter and a highly motivated individual, you must learn to live inspired. Living inspired will keep you mind and life fresh, but you must feed yourself good content. As for me, I have people I can talk to, youtube videos I watch over and over again, books I read and hobbies I do. These things help keep me balanced, sane, and fresh in a super busy world.
Each person is moved and inspired by different things, learn what works for you, and then make it a life habit.

Cultivating A Creative Mind
One skill that entrepreneurs pride themselves in, is the ability to think quickly and act creatively at will. Their ability to take in loads of information, process it, and turn it into usable material, makes them who they are. Don't get me wrong.....I mean, we are all very creative at times... aren't we? And the answer is YES! We are all creative. But the thing that fascinated me was HOW we are creative, WHEN we are creative, and what is the "magical mix" of elements that sets the stage for us to consistently perform in a extraordinarily creative way.
What I found to be true, was that we are all wired differently. We may all try the same methods, but our mental faculties process and spit out information in a way that is unique to you. You have a personality that greatly influences your mental ability. Another factor to your mental aptitude is your body chemistry. Our bodies have tolerance levels that have their limits. No one is created equal, as one persons ability to focus and learn (in any area) may differ greatly from another. As for me....I am a ferocious learner, who looks with wonder at the world around. I am also night owl, who absolutely enjoys learning. Sleep to me is almost a roadblock to my daily activity....I wish at times I didn't have to do it.
Another factor is your ability to learn. We all have different saturation levels when we learn. How do you you learn best? Is it when you are reading a book, when you are listening to an audio recording, when someone is showing you, or when you are writing it down? And each type of learning contributes to your overall learning ability. What if you applied all these methods to the same thing? Chances are, you would learn it very well. But still you would have a dominant or preferred learning style.

"Know Theyself." -SocratesHaving understood these things, I still wanted to know how to put myself over the creative edge. What was I not doing that would give me the result I was looking for. Here are the answers that changed my life.
1. Daily devote time to learn.
2. For every 2 hours of learning, you will gain 15-30min of creative brilliance. The smartest business people I know make it a habit to read every day. Maybe they are on to something. If you put these into action, you will allow your mind the input it needs to act creative. Think of it like putting gas in your car. Can your car move down the road without gas? It sure can.....but that requires a lot of pushing and or pulling.
Give your brain the fuel it needs to be amazing!

Seasonal Businesses vs. One Full-Time Job
I spoke with a guy a few years back, who happens to be a Seasonal Entrepreneur. At least, that's how he described himself. You see....he decided to give up his job a few years back because he knew that he had some good ideas that would generate him some major cash!
His game plan....to only do businesses when they were in their peak season. Most of you know that every business has a peak season time, and then it dies down for the year. This guy wanted to only be in peak season, but all year long. And the only way he could achieve that, was to do own several businesses that he would switch between, so that he could sustain his peak season efforts all year. That's a killer way of thinking if you ask me!
So you guys are probably wanting to hear what is best cash generating business is, right? Ok I'll tell you. During the month of December, his family run a kiosk in the local mall. He sells Christmas trinkets (ornaments, stockings, lights, etc). You name it and he had it, or could have it in the matter of days. He said that he was generating between $200,000 and $300,000 of sales in one month from that business alone. That's a pretty nice little business if you ask me!

Goodwill Flips
A great place to rummage for used things is Goodwill. They also have an offshoot of their brand called Good Cents, which is basically really cheap stuff. Almost everything in Good Cents is in dump bins, and everyone and their uncle go through it. My best find yet was a full version of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007, which I sold on eBay for $35. And it cost me less than a buck to buy!
You will not always have that kind of luck at the Goodwill, but there is always potential for a great find!
Punch line: Buy something cheap at Goodwill and sell it on Craigslist, eBay or Amazon.
Get off your DUFF and make some DOUGH!!!

Flipping Laptops on Craigslist
Here is an idea you can use to make some quick cash!
Go down to your local pawn shop and see if they sell used laptops. If they do, then ask the owner/manager if they have any laptops that are broken or that will not turn on. Tell him or her you will take that broken laptop off their hands for $100. Then fix and sell it on craigslist. Chances are....that there may be a YouTube video on how to repair your broken laptop. If you have no luck fixing it yourself, do some internet research on the problem.
If all else fails, then find someone you know who fixes broken computers and pay him to fix it. You can even find guys on Craigslist who fix broken electronics, AND THEN turn around and sell the item on Craigslist. You could also do the eBay thing, but I like Craigslist because I always get cash for the things I sell. Good luck to ya.

I Can Help You Make Cash
I'll be honest. Making money is a lot easier than you think. It's just that you have not been taught to use your brain for business opportunity. That's where I come in!
With this site, I'm gonna show you all kinds of work from home ideas that will make you cash. Just remember not all biz ideas will work the same for everyone. You've gotta test and research the ideas to see which ones you like best.....or which ones work best for you. Not all business ideas are equal. Some are time intensive and some are cash intensive. But what I hope, is to give you great, low cost business ideas that you can pull off from the comfort of your own home. Cheers!
